The Wigglesworth Prophecy David Du Plessis Smith Wigglesworth "Mr. Pentecost" "Apostle of Faith" A Rhema graduate by the name of Doug Bonner, a native of England now living near me in Missouri, contacted me recently. God has given Brother Doug great favor, as He also has done with me, in obtaining rare recordings and materials. From his collection, he has shared with me a recording of David du Plessis describing in 1970, the end-times prophecy given him by Smith Wigglesworth in 1936. The recording is powerful and gives many sound instructions concerning the workings of the Spirit. Doug Bonner, and I have uploaded them to the site. These excellent books were last published in 1974. To read them, click on the following link: Website Numbers We went over 35,000 hits already this month with the site being accessed from people in at least 34 countries including: Canada, Estonia, France, Germany, Mexico, Fiji, The Bahamas, Norway, England, Ireland, Finland, Indonesia, Malaysia, and many other locales. There are some people visiting the site also from Moslem Arab countries. Praise the Lord. These teaching articles and the recordings are blessing people all over the world. New York Meetings My time of ministry in Bellmore, NY was one of the major milestones of my life and ministry. God brought me into some new levels of ministry, particularly in ministering in the Spirit. I also had the opportunity to meet two substantial men of God. One was the pastor of the church at which I ministered, Mike Burns. He is a Rhema graduate, and is also a part of the extended Hagin family--his brother is married to Kenneth Hagin Jr.'s daughter Denise. He has pastored for over 25 years, and has a wonderful church. Through his encouragement I yielded to some new promptings of the Spirit that I had never been used in before. And he gave me some sound ministry advice which I have already begun to follow. Additionally, we recorded some radio programs that were played over Christian radio station WLIX, covering most of Long Island, NY. This was truly a divine appointment. In NY I met and spent time with another substantial man of God: Bishop D'Onofrio, pastor of the Upper Room Christian World Center, a mega-church in nearby Dix Hills, NY. The Bishop had been used mightly by God in a revival of years gone by. The revival eventually waned, as do all revivals. However, the ministry of the Bishop has continued to grow greatly to the point where he has had to add a number of pastors to his ministry team in order to adequately minister to the multitudes. Other independant pastors and their churches have come under his oversight, hence, he is now appropriately referred to by the title of "Bishop." I had the opportunity to be in a prayer service held by the Bishop, followed by dinner with my host pastor Mike Burns, and the Bishop and some of his assistant ministers. During the dinner, there was not one word spoken concerning politics, material possessions, or worldly cares and ambitions in the nearly 2 hours we spent together. All that poured forth from everyone's lips were Scriptures, lessons learned by walking with God, and revelation and wisdom God had given each of us. A couple of times, even the gifts of the Spirit manifested in our midst as we fellowshipped together in the restaurant. The conversation reminded me of Elizabeth Pruitt's description of H.I.M.--the organization I am ordained through. She said, "In H.I.M. there are no big 'I's' and little 'u's.'" And so it was with these men of God that night. I was sitting with a Bishop of a mega-church, and a seasoned pastor, both of whom had years of accomplishment in ministry, and I am relatively new having returned to public ministry after years of waiting on God in obscurity. Yet, we were all equal around that table that night. I walked away from that table, feeling the way Elijah must have felt as he walked away from the cave where God had appeared to him: I felt that truly I had been with the Lord, and had received an impartation that has changed me. Praise the Lord. New Format Doug Bonner has extensive experience in working with sound and video recordings, and has volunteered to convert the Goodwin Recordings on this site from the current wma format to mp3. The advantage to this changeover is tremendous. MP3 is the next generation of sound format. Each recording when converted to mp3 will take up less than half the space that they currently do. Therefore, they will download faster, and will also be downloadable to people's I-pod's. This will increase greatly the usability and accessibility of these recordings. Praise God. We appreciate very much his efforts. Additional Recordings The primary focus of this website, aside from my teachings, is the hosting of the Goodwin Collection entrusted to me by Charles Goodwin and by Don and Beverly Davis. However, as the opportunity arises and we are able to obtain other rare recordings that will compliment the Goodwin Collection, we will host other recordings and materials that are consistent with sound doctrine and genuine spiritual ministry as exemplified by the Goodwins. We have added a brief clip of the English revivalist of the 1920's and 1930's, George Jeffreys. We will be adding more recordings by David Du Plessis, who was affectionately known as "Mr. Pentecost." And we are very close to having some other rare recordings to share with you. A New Howard Carter Recording A new Howard Carter recording has been sent to us by Rev. Keith Malcolmson, Director of The School of Christ at Mungret College in Limerick Ireland. It is a wonderful recording of Carter speaking to a convention of the Brittish Assemblies of God in 1961. The title of the recording is "The Need For Apostolic and Prophetic Ministry." You can access it thorugh the following link: Brother Keith has also given us a copy of his message "If Christ Be Not Raised." My, oh my! Would to God we had more preaching like Keith gives us on this recording! It is full of the power and anointing of God and it stirred me deeply in my spirit. It is a great blessing and we are thankful to him for the Carter recording and for his message also. Please listen to both as soon as you can. Thank You!
