The Goodwins and John Osteen
Deaperate for God to heal his daughter, John Osteen found the infilling of the Holy Spirit and God's healing power by sitting under the Goodwins' ministry before founding Lakewood Church.
Sister Goodwin was Mel Montgomery's friend and mentor for the last ten years of his life, and prophesied to him concerning the ministry to which God had called him.
There were stunning similarities between the anointing on Smith Wigglesworth and the anointing in which the Goodwins walked. They met Wigglesworth briefly in 1935 in a healing meeting in which he prayed for the Goodwins' son, Charles Goodwin. Goodwin.

Kenneth Hagin teaches for several minutes after the Goodwin minister in the Spirit at Rhema Bible Training Center in 1974. He expounds on the Gift of Tongues and gives a testimony concerning the ministry of Brother and Sister Goodwin.

These two 10-minute videos are of Sister Goodwin ministering for a total of about 20 minutes in 1984 at Kenneth Copeland's Southwest Believer's Convention. Sister Goodwin gives a prophetic word to Kenneth Copeland through tongues, with Sister Billye acting out with her the interpretation. Afterwards, Sister Goodwin gives a testimony of God's faithfulness.
